Why do I have to put cancellations in writing?

We require written cancellations from the customer as proof of cancellation for our internal files. You may cancel via email or via fax.

What if my flight is delayed?

As long as we have been notified of the flight number before you travel and there is an out of hour service available, the car rental partners will wait for you (although an out of hours charge payable locally may occur.)
