What do I do if the car I want doesn't appear on the display list?

This could be due to restrictions on the driver's age, but if the driver will be between the ages of 25 - 65, there should not be any restrictions imposed.

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?

For breakdown service, check the front or back of your contract for a telephone number. Sometimes the number may also be printed on a sticker on the dashboard or the windscreen. If the telephone number is busy, contact the office where the car was rented.

Mi credit card has not been accepted by the online payment system?

We accept payment with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. At the moment we cannot not accept payments with debitcards or other cards than the aforementioned. If your credit card complies with these criteria please doublecheck that you introduced the correct number (without spaces or hyphens) and that you used the correct expiry date. Sometimes a technical problem or a failure in the conexion may be the cause that your card is not accepted. If you're sure that you used a valid card and introduced the correct details please try again a little later, if the problem persists please get in touch with me again.
